How to register & How to join the meeting
1) Online registration
- Register via the green button "Register now"
- Add contact and organisation details as requested
- Compose your event schedule by choosing the plenary session (the one and only available)
- Those who are interested to have 1:1 meetings after the event can select the networking session as well
2) CLICK HERE and login to join the meeting
- Make sure you are logged in.
- When you will be in the Agenda, click on the button "Join Online Session".
- Please connect at least 5 minutes before the start of the online meeting.
3) During the event
- You will be muted during the speakers presentations. Please stay muted unless the moderator gives you the floor. This will be possible during the discussion part only.
- During the presentations and talks, please do not click on anything, just watch and listen until the Q&A time where you will be able to ask written questions.
- If an unforeseen circumstance arises and you need to leave the virtual event, please note that you may join again at any time via the button "Join Online Session" in the Agenda.
FAQ
What if my camera or microphone does not work?
- Please check that you Brower don't blocks the usage of your camera/microphone due to security reasons.
Check by having a video call with some of your colleagues in another tool (Google Meet, Zoom, ...) - Depending on your Browser settings you may be asked to confirm the activation of the Camera/Microphone through a pop-up dialog form.
